To keep users safe and to comply with applicable rules, TakeAvatar prohibits generating, uploading, or distributing certain types of content. We may enforce actions against violations.
1. Prohibited content (non-exhaustive)
CSAM or any sexual exploitation content.
Extreme violence/gore or encouragement of violence or self-harm.
Hate, harassment, discrimination, or incitement against protected groups.
Privacy violations (doxxing, sensitive personal data, impersonation without consent).
Illegal activity or instructions to commit crimes.
Intellectual property infringement (copyrighted materials without authorization, trademark misuse).
Fraud or deceptive impersonation of individuals or organizations.
2. Enforcement
We may use automated and human review to enforce this policy, including restricting generation, removing content, and suspending or terminating accounts.
Where required by law or urgent risk, we may report to relevant authorities.
3. Appeals and contact
If you believe an enforcement action was in error, email [email protected] with your account email, the relevant job/video identifier, and an explanation.
